Robert Opie Collection (Dog Themes)

In 1963 consumer historian, Robert Opie started to gather vintage advertising and packaging memorabillia, resulting in a huge collection of these fabulous images from the last 130 years. Here we have a few dog related Robert Opie items that are beautiful keepsakes or gifts. Predominantly, the theme of the giftware is the Peek Frean's West Highland Shortbread in the form of key rings, greetings cards, coasters and keepsake tins, featuring the ever popular West Highland White Terrier, but we also have His Master's Voice with the Jack Russell Terrier and John Bull Boxer image.
